Partnership Details:

H4U Co. is currently creating partnerships with the city of Denver Colorado, housing developers, material suppliers, and non-profit organizations (NGOs); The first project up for consideration is to repair and renovate a Sheridan hotel for conversion to housing for the homeless that the city already owns. The second project for consideration is to obtain, repair and renovate the vacant Rock Bar hotel on Colfax in Denver, Colorado for conversion to housing for the homeless.
